My Birth Doula Services Include:
Prenatal Support
- Unlimited phone, text, and email support throughout your pregnancy You have questions… ask me! You need to cry because your favorite shoes don’t fit anymore, call me! There are many emotions, choices, and information to navigate during this time- that’s why I’m here.
- 2 prenatal visits I meet with you and your partner twice before baby comes. These visits focus on getting to know each other better while also discussing: birth options, your birth preferences, postpartum preparation. We will also practice hands-on techniques for comfort measures during labor .

Labor & Birth Support
- 24/7 On-call support beginning at 38 weeks up to the time of your baby’s birth
- Continuous active labor support at home and/or hospital and for 1-2 hours after birth
- Photos and/or video of labor and birth (if desired and does not interfere with my support for you).
Postpartum Support
- 1 Postpartum home visit
- Unlimited phone/text/email support up to 6 weeks postpartum
- Referrals to additional resources as needed (lactation consultants, postpartum doulas, community groups, etc)
